Return and Refund Policy

At Gather By, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 14 days of the purchase date.

Eligibility for Returns:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in the exact condition in which it was received.

• Your return request must be submitted within 14 days of your purchase date.

How to Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us via email at hello@gatherby.org or call 1300 849 080. Provide your order details and the reason for your return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with further instructions.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.
