Raw Manuka Honey and Berry Bliss Bars
Enjoy these delicious and easy to make healthy snacks!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 2 tbsp Gather By Manuka honey
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup dried blueberries
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup raw cacao nibs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
- Prepare the Nuts:
- In a food processor, pulse the almonds and cashews until they are coarsely chopped.
- Blend the Dates:
- Add the pitted dates to the processor and blend until the mixture starts to stick together.
- Mix the Ingredients:
- Add the Manuka honey, dried cranberries, dried blueberries, chia seeds, raw cacao nibs, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Pulse until all ingredients are well combined and form a sticky dough.
- Shape the Bars:
- Transfer the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Press the mixture firmly into a flat, even layer (about 1.5cm).
- Chill and Cut:
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm. Once set, cut into bars or squares.
- Serve:
- Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge
